All of our products have been selected/designed with the most common conditions in mind. Reading product specifications should help you to identify the item most suited to your needs. Can I collect my order?

No, we do not currently offer this service.

How are my details kept safe and secure?

We use Paypoint.net as a payment service provider. Paypoint.net provides a highly secure payment platform and FraudGuard, one of the most advanced online fraud management systems on the market. FraudGuard has been found to reduce fraudulent transactions by up to 70 per cent. All transaction information passed between Dr Support and Paypoint.net are certified to the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), offering all of their hosted customers compliance by default. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that your payment information cannot be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. We do not store your payment details on record. Our systems are Visa Verified and MasterCard Secure Coded.

Can I pay with a cheque?

Yes, we accept cheques. Products will be released for delivery upon clearance of funds.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please take the following steps:

1. Repackage the goods in their original condition
2. Write a covering note stating why you are returning the product
3. Provide your details and order number.
4. Send us your returned item

Please note: any goods returned to us that show signs of use will not be accepted and you will incur a charge to have them sent back to you.
