Benefits of Green Tea
 
Green tea has been used for more than a decade. It originates from East Asia but has become largely associated with many Asian cultures throughout the Asian continent. It is being widespread in the western countries whereas black tea was consumed more. Green tea is becoming a raw material for extracts that can be used in various ways such as healthy food diets, beverages, supplements and also for many cosmetic products.
